Our mission is to provide counseling and advice to clients to help them choose the products that will best protect them and their families in times of loss. This advice would be the same as we would give to my own family.

Owner, Bruce Laderberg, has vast experience in insurance and other fields including retail, customer service and accounting. As an Owner and Agent of his own Agency since 1994, Bruce has learned all aspects of running an insurance business. From marketing, hiring, training and writing quality business, he has the vision and know-how to become the region’s most successful Independent Agency.

During his career, Bruce has been deeply engaged in the insurance industry. He is a Past President of the Norfolk Insurance Association and Past Regional Vice President of the Virginia Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He has won numerous awards from both his time as a Farmers Agent and the broader community. Currently serves on the board of the Independent Insurance Agents of Virginia (IIAV).
